FAQ's

How soon can you deliver?

We can usually deliver within 2 to 3 weeks and delivery and set up is included within the price.

For the Hot Spot Relay, we need approximately 1 metre width to get access to your garden with no height restrictions or at least 2.2 m high clearance. If you need a crane or HiAb then the extra cost is usually between £250 to £300.

We chose HotSpring® Spas, amongst other things, because of their great energy efficiency. A large spa like the Hot Spot Relay will cost approximately between £20 to £25 a month during the summer and £25 to £30 during the winter based on it being used regularly 6 days a week.

The Hot Spot Relay comes with a 5 year shell and structure no leak warranty and 2 years parts and labour on components such as heaters and pumps.
