We'll carry out an initial assessment and diagnosis of any faults or leaks then provide a very competitive quote for the parts and labour to repair your hottub and get you back to enjoying all the benefits of owning a hot tub as soon as possible.

If we have the parts with us we will provide a verbal quote and on agreement carry out the repair there and then. If we don't stock the parts for your particular spa, we will provide a quote and providing the quote is accepted, arrange to visit to carry out the repair.

If we need to order parts, most parts are available to order in the UK, we will generally be able to complete the repair within 7 to 10 days.
