Although Northern Spas are not our nearest Hot Springs dealer we preferred to purchase from this company due to the great advice they offered, queries answered, competitive pricing, good finance options and quick delivery. Ordered end of November and had delivered beginning of January. Delivery team were on time, efficient and friendly. Quality hot tub quickly installed and up and running in no time. We had a slight delay on our matching steps but John kept us updated throughout and made the journey to deliver them to us personally. Couldn't recommend them enough 👍

No pressure sales just information and guidance. They had bags of patience too. I would highly recommend making a visit to their showroom and having a chat if your thinking of purchasing a spa. Helpful and professional staff. No sales pressure. John and Daniel are more than happy to share their wealth of knowledge in a friendly/ professional way . It’s the third Spa we’ve had from Hot Springs over a period of 20 years. The first one was sold with our house and the second one is still being enjoyed by a member of our family(it’s now 14 years old ! ) The latest models with salt system are excellent.

Brilliant from start to finish. Never tried to sell us a hot tub, tried to determine why we wanted one and then offered us recommendations. Provided us with contacts for electrician and someone to help with base for tub. John did site visit to check it would fit through gate (he lives in the village)!Installation went smoothly and instructions on how to use tub clear, they also made us comfortable enough that we could contact them with any queries if necessary.Follow up call to check everything was OK a month later and we were able to discuss a few queries regard the chemical routine.Wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them and their showroom is really nice.

I highly recommend Northern Spas if you're looking for a hot tub. After being messed about by another well known company we approached Northen Spas. The team are amazing from the start and are so knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery went very smoothly and thanks to the tips they gave us, looking after our tub has been so easy. We did have a small issue with one of the speakers but John was straight round to fix it!! We brought the Hot Spot Relay and we absolutely love it!!! Thanks again and p.s thanks for the Christmas card and pen (the pen is amazing!!!)

I’ve wanted a hot tub for 20 years 😱 as a hard working ED senior nurse and nurse manager for many years it was my dream to one day own a hot tub. Life just got in the way. Then last year I became seriously ill and my life turned upside down so we started to look for something so I could enjoy the garden as much as possible. I did quite a bit of research and almost bought a different brand, but this was really because the company was on my doorstep.
then I found a northern spas and HotSprings.
it was the best thing. So glad I found them. They have had to put up with a constant barrage of questions from me but Dan and John have been so patient with me, and also since it was installed, they’ve been in touch to make sure I’m happy with everything.

and I absolutely LOVE my highlife Envoy tub, delighted I chose it. My husband is 6’5” and I’m 5’7” yet it is great for both of us.

What a great team of people and a great product range. We placed our deposit for our dream Hot Springs hot tub months ago but unfortunately circumstances on our side made us delay our delivery. Both John and Dan understood and waited patiently for us to get things in order ( house sale). As soon as we where ready the hot tub was delivered quickly and carefully. Instructions given and John made sure we understood our new purchase before leaving. After sales have been good too, providing advice and feedback when requested. I can t recommend Northern Spa highly enough. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The hot tub is fantastic and nothing was to much trouble for the lads when delivering even in what I thought was difficult access conditions.John came out assessed the situation and planned what was needed in order to deliver deliver the spa, he was very friendly, really helpful and very professional. John even agreed to store the hot tub until we were ready for delivery.The hot tub was delivered on time by the team who were very down to earth and helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. Dan in the office was very knowledgable and gave us really good information about the different spas and let us make our mind up without any pressure.I would like to say a really big thank you to John Dan and all of the delivery team.As I said I would highly recommend this company and I will certainly use them again it is hard to get such good service and communication. 5 star.

I bought my hot tub over 14 months ago and couldn’t be more happy with it and how good the sales and installation team were. When bought I discussed that I wanted it to be moved again at a later date. 14 months later i phoned John and he was just as helpful as he was when I bought the hot tub and the price for the move was exactly as he said to me 14 months ago. We had been thinking of purchasing a hot tub for over a year, we visited venues far and wide, looked at all the different options and ended up getting the best deal, best service and best hot tub close to home. John, and all the staff, at the store in Southport couldn’t have been more helpful. Although we pestered them to death asking questions, taking our time over which tub would be best for us, they never failed to give us service with a smile. From ordering, delivery, installation and follow up care everyone has been terrific. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of taking the plunge.

Tub arrived last week as planned straight forward no dramas and the guys who installed were very friendly and helpful. used the tub a few times now and we are really grateful john and his team had the patience with us to make sure we purchased the tub that was right for us. We went for the limelight as the 5 year warranty we thought was awesome plus it looks great. After sitting in dry tubs at other dealers it was great to have a test soak which wasn't a problem and straight away we could see the quality in the hot springs at northern spa's. Tubs are first class quality i did plenty of my own research and spoke to independent tub servicing agents and they all spoke very highly of the brand. I'd definitely recommend John at Northern spa's in fact a friend of ours has been and purchased one already, again he got a great deal.Aftersales has been great I just needed some help with the levels of chlorine etc and they were at the end of the phone to give me some friendly advice...

I was amazed about how cheap they are to run and our electricity bills have hardly moved as a resultI had a load of questions upfront about costs, features, installation and models. John was brilliant and i'm so glad I took his advice on the modelThey organised the crane to lift this over the house which I was nervous about but the guys made it so easy that I wish I'd bought one so much earlier.The installation team were experts and extremely professional.Strongly recommendedI am thoroughly delighted with the service from John and his guys and the product they helped me purchase

🙂 John (the boss) was excellent, he sold me a spa that suited me, at a price I could afford and surveyed the area I wanted to put it. Upon the delivery, Dave and Gary (the fitters) were just as excellent, putting the spa exactly where I wanted it, set it up, explained all the features, and were extremely efficent in their customer service.
I am absolutely delighted with the spa and if I'm honest, may not have time to go to work as I can't keep out of it !!!!

Wow wow wow !These are a fantastic product .And the service from John and the two guys , Gaz and Dave who did the installation has been A1 throughout. Excellent customer service.The Hot Tub sells itself - from the moment I entered the showroom with my son Oliver, we were smitten. And the best selling feature of all was trying out the hot tub that’s in place at Dobbies - like a try before you buy ... And once I felt the jets on my injured back, the relief was amazing and I knew I had to buy my Hot tub Spa.Yes you can get them much cheaper but they are cheap imports that don’t last very long. I urge you to do your homework. You really do get what you pay for. With low electricity running costs and only having to refill the tub between 2-4 times per year, added to this the twice annual service , it really is a fantastic buy. And it’s all fully installed. You don’t get all this with the cheaper ones from other outlets. But hey, don’t take my word for it. Go to Dobbies at Southport and see John there and try for yourself . I cannot rate the product and the customer service highly enough and I would wholeheartedly recommend Northern Hot tub Spas!!!

i recently purchased a hot tub for my wife from Northern Spas.we visited John at one of his showrooms in Dobbies Southport, from the off he made us comfortable about purchasing from Northern Spas and his knowledge of his products was very good. the purchase was flawless and the installation smooth and trouble free. the 2 engineers sent were extremely knowledgeable and gave good advice about the operation and maintenance of the hot tub. i would not hesitate to recommend anyone wanting to buy a hot tub to this company . they are good people to deal with .

I loved the relaxed approach John took to help me to choose my tub. He was very knowledgable and personable with an honest and fun take on being a tub owner. It really isn't as expensive as people think- very affordable to buy and run, I was surprised! No pushy salesperson jargon or pressure at any point- really happy with the whole process. Regular contact for delivery date and set up- only took two weeks from sale!
The boys came to deliver the tub bang on time nice and early, set me up, got me running and taught me the basics. Again really friendly fellas with good humour and honest advice from their own hot tub experience. John came over after delivery to go over the running of the tub to check i knew what i was doing. Although Northern Spas are not our nearest Hot Springs dealer we preferred to purchase from this company due to the great advice they offered, queries answered, competitive pricing, good finance options and quick delivery. Ordered end of November and had delivered beginning of January. Delivery team were on time, efficient and friendly. Quality hot tub quickly installed and up and running in no time. We had a slight delay on our matching steps but John kept us updated throughout and made the journey to deliver them to us personally. Couldn't recommend them enough 👍

Brilliant from start to finish. Never tried to sell us a hot tub, tried to determine why we wanted one and then offered us recommendations. Provided us with contacts for electrician and someone to help with base for tub. John did site visit to check it would fit through gate (he lives in the village)!Installation went smoothly and instructions on how to use tub clear, they also made us comfortable enough that we could contact them with any queries if necessary.Follow up call to check everything was OK a month later and we were able to discuss a few queries regard the chemical routine.Wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them and their showroom is really nice.

I highly recommend Northern Spas if you're looking for a hot tub. After being messed about by another well known company we approached Northen Spas. The team are amazing from the start and are so knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery went very smoothly and thanks to the tips they gave us, looking after our tub has been so easy. We did have a small issue with one of the speakers but John was straight round to fix it!! We brought the Hot Spot Relay and we absolutely love it!!! We'd dreamed of owning a hot tub since having use of one on holiday a few years back. We chanced across Northern Spa's when visiting Dobbies Garden Centre in Southport and chatted to John who gave us some great advice without any 'hard sell'. We chose the Hot Spot Propel model with bluetooth speakers, which was professionally installed by his team, communication was great throughout the whole time and since. It's been with us for about 3 months now and we are still absolutely thrilled with it! I was initially worried about the maintenance etc but it's actually pretty easy to manage and Northern Spa's supply all the kit you need to do it, in fact much of it came as part of the package. We've been back a couple of times since for advice and the team are only too happy to help.

I can t recommend Northern Spa highly enough. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The hot tub is fantastic and nothing was to much trouble for the lads when delivering even in what I thought was difficult access conditions.John came out assessed the situation and planned what was needed in order to deliver deliver the spa, he was very friendly, really helpful and very professional. John even agreed to store the hot tub until we were ready for delivery.The hot tub was delivered on time by the team who were very down to earth and helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. Dan in the office was very knowledgable and gave us really good information about the different spas and let us make our mind up without any pressure.I would like to say a really big thank you to John Dan and all of the delivery team.As I said I would highly recommend this company and I will certainly use them again it is hard to get such good service and communication. 5 star.

Tub arrived last week as planned straight forward no dramas and the guys who installed were very friendly and helpful. used the tub a few times now and we are really grateful john and his team had the patience with us to make sure we purchased the tub that was right for us. We went for the limelight as the 5 year warranty we thought was awesome plus it looks great. After sitting in dry tubs at other dealers it was great to have a test soak which wasn't a problem and straight away we could see the quality in the hot springs at northern spa's. Tubs are first class quality i did plenty of my own research and spoke to independent tub servicing agents and they all spoke very highly of the brand. I'd definitely recommend John at Northern spa's in fact a friend of ours has been and purchased one already, again he got a great deal.Aftersales has been great I just needed some help with the levels of chlorine etc and they were at the end of the phone to give me some friendly advice...

Wow wow wow !These are a fantastic product .And the service from John and the two guys , Gaz and Dave who did the installation has been A1 throughout. Excellent customer service.The Hot Tub sells itself - from the moment I entered the showroom with my son Oliver, we were smitten. And the best selling feature of all was trying out the hot tub that’s in place at Dobbies - like a try before you buy ... And once I felt the jets on my injured back, the relief was amazing and I knew I had to buy my Hot tub Spa.Yes you can get them much cheaper but they are cheap imports that don’t last very long. I urge you to do your homework. You really do get what you pay for. With low electricity running costs and only having to refill the tub between 2-4 times per year, added to this the twice annual service , it really is a fantastic buy. And it’s all fully installed. You don’t get all this with the cheaper ones from other outlets. But hey, don’t take my word for it. Go to Dobbies at Southport and see John there and try for yourself . I cannot rate the product and the customer service highly enough and I would wholeheartedly recommend Northern Hot tub Spas!!!

It’s the third Spa we’ve had from Hot Springs over a period of 20 years. I’ve wanted a hot tub for 20 years 😱 as a hard working ED senior nurse and nurse manager for many years it was my dream to one day own a hot tub. Life just got in the way. Then last year I became seriously ill and my life turned upside down so we started to look for something so I could enjoy the garden as much as possible. I bought my hot tub over 14 months ago and couldn’t be more happy with it and how good the sales and installation team were. When bought I discussed that I wanted it to be moved again at a later date. 14 months later i phoned John and he was just as helpful as he was when I bought the hot tub and the price for the move was exactly as he said to me 14 months ago. When they came to move the hot tub they were as friendly and as thorough as they were before. I would highly recommend northern spa to anyone. Great products and great service throughout

We had been thinking of purchasing a hot tub for over a year, we visited venues far and wide, looked at all the different options and ended up getting the best deal, best service and best hot tub close to home. John, and all the staff, at the store in Southport couldn’t have been more helpful. Although we pestered them to death asking questions, taking our time over which tub would be best for us, they never failed to give us service with a smile. From ordering, delivery, installation and follow up care everyone has been terrific. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of taking the plunge.

Parents bought their Spa from John couple mths ago and have been in it everyday since.. John and all the staff have been friendly before,during and aftersale.. nothing is too much trouble despite numbers questions and visits to sort the purchase of the Spa out, and since purchase... everything is thoroughly explained with always the offer of if your not sure of anything John personally will come round and help... the delivery guys were friendly, quick,respective of peoples property and efficient at setting up the spa in its location without fuss..we would recommend anyone considering to buy a Spa to go here for it.. having priced others up many times along the way hot spas offers good value for money..thank you John and all staff for a smooth purchase and for your continued support with the Spa. 🙂 John (the boss) was excellent, he sold me a spa that suited me, at a price I could afford and surveyed the area I wanted to put it. Upon the delivery, Dave and Gary (the fitters) were just as excellent, putting the spa exactly where I wanted it, set it up, explained all the features, and were extremely efficent in their customer service.
I am absolutely delighted with the spa and if I'm honest, may not have time to go to work as I can't keep out of it !!!!

I loved the relaxed approach John took to help me to choose my tub. He was very knowledgable and personable with an honest and fun take on being a tub owner. It really isn't as expensive as people think- very affordable to buy and run, I was surprised! No pushy salesperson jargon or pressure at any point- really happy with the whole process. Regular contact for delivery date and set up- only took two weeks from sale!

Northern star a massive thanks my hot tub is the best decision I have ever made all staff were extremely knowledgeable helped me every step of the way I would recommend northern star to everyone ,anyone who knows me will know how fussy I am and would only recommend if I was completely happy, I'm so glad I went for the bigger one tortuous shell inside lights music I could go on for ever as i am delighted with staff for the excellent advice, the staff who installed my fantastic hot tub , and the after service a big thanks northern star ,Irene Monaghan

Excellent personal service from John. Great communication right through the purchase and no hidden extra costs. I couldn't recommend him enough. Really knows his stuff - not often seen ( from a spa owner of over 10 yrs)
