Northern Spas Outlet was founded by Jeff Murphy in October 2016.

Jeff is an entrepreneur with some 20 years experience in running small to medium size companies. He always carried a dream of one day supplying a product that was not only enjoyable but would help to promote a healthier lifestyle to all of his customers. When choosing the business model he had to believe in what he was selling and by choosing Watkins HotSpring® Spas the worldwide leading seller of hot tubs he achieved exactly that. There unrivalled quality and design by BMW in our opinion places them at the top of the tree.

On setting up the company Jeff had several meetings across the country with other major suppliers of Hot tubs and swim spas.

After lengthily due diligence he eventually decided to become a HotSpring® Dealer based on the fact that from a Quality / maintenance perspective they could not be matched. The infrastructure and support provided by HotSpring® ensured a strong successful future for the company whilst supporting the consumer beyond the unlikely event of the company closure.

The prime objective of Northern Spas Outlet is to ensure that EVERY single customer that purchasers our goods receives a service that can be rivalled by none.
