We bought our Hotspot Relay from this company on a friend's recommendation and we were not disappointed. The service... was prompt and efficient and they are easy to contact by phone to answer any questions. A great company to deal with! The Spa is lovely and very easy to control and maintain.read more

Although Northern Spas are not our nearest Hot Springs dealer we preferred to purchase from this company due to the... great advice they offered, queries answered, competitive pricing, good finance options and quick delivery. Ordered end of November and had delivered beginning of January. Delivery team were on time, efficient and friendly. Quality hot tub quickly installed and up and running in no time. We had a slight delay on our matching steps but John kept us updated throughout and made the journey to deliver them to us personally. Couldn't recommend them enough 👍read more

We have had our Hot Springs Spa installed recently.Despite the challenging access John and his “gang” did a marvellous... job.Professionally delivered,lifted up into sky high above the house with a massive crane and neatly installed by Dave and his Team.All done within a couple of hours!Excellent support all around the process.Very happy with the Spa- gives extra bundle of joy during these difficult times.Defenitely the best investment over the last few years.Highly recommended if you are looking for something special in your precious Life!read more

We have recently purchased and took delivery of our new Hot springs spa Hot Spot SX. John and team were so helpful,... answered all our questions and helped when choosing the right spa for us. No pressure sales just information and guidance. They had bags of patience too. I would highly recommend making a visit to their showroom and having a chat if your thinking of purchasing a spa. We will be using our spa daily. Highly relaxing. Pleased we purchased a Hot springs. The spa quality is super amazing. Also thanks to Dave who delivered and installed it. So helpful. Brilliant from start to finish. Never tried to sell us a hot tub, tried to determine why we wanted one and then offered... us recommendations. Provided us with contacts for electrician and someone to help with base for tub. John did site visit to check it would fit through gate (he lives in the village)!Installation went smoothly and instructions on how to use tub clear, they also made us comfortable enough that we could contact them with any queries if necessary.Follow up call to check everything was OK a month later and we were able to discuss a few queries regard the chemical routine.Wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them and their showroom is really nice.read more
